Located in the far west of Singapore's coast, this is one of the best locations for sunset photography. This is a private marina. Non-members are allowed to enter the area. The best time to reach here is around fiveish to avoid the excruciating sun. Sunsets around 7.05 pm in Singapore.
The marina at sunset. In the background, across the Straits of Johor is a cluster of concrete structures of the Forest City of Johor in Malaysia.
There is no filter used in these sunset photos. White balance settings were used to create these different warm hues.
Lighthouse overlooking the Tuas Link bridge that connects Singapore and Malaysia. This lighthouse is managed by Raffles Marina. It is part of the landscape and it is attracting tonnes of people including photographers for shoots.
The storm is building up at around sunset, as such created this stunning pastel colour in the sky which is reflected onto the water.
How to get there?
Take the East-West Link MRT and alight at Tuas Link. Then walk for about 10 minutes to the Raffles Marina Club which is behind the MRT station.
